: All aspects and procedures performed in this study were approved by and in accordance with the ethical standards set by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority, Dnr 2021-04027. The procedures used in this study adhere to the tenets of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki.
: Adolescents were verbally informed and given written information about intervention and data collection by visiting research team members, principals, and their respective teachers. The adolescents completed participatory and publication consent forms at all four measurements. No parental consent was necessary according to guidelines of the Swedish Ethical Review Authority and accompanying laws, as all adolescents were 15 years or older (SFS 2003:460, 18§).
