: All procedures in this study involving human participants were in accordance with the Swedish Ethical Review Act (:460). Ethical approval for the study design and data collection was granted by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (reference nr: 2021-04027).
: Prior to survey administration students received an information letter including information on consent. This same information was provided in writing and verbally during all time points of data collection. Student assent was documented prior to completing each data collection. In accordance with the Swedish Ethical Review Act, parental consent was not required or requested due to all students being over 15 years of age (SFS :460).
