: All procedures and aspects of this study were conducted in compliance with the Swedish Ethical Review Act (2003:460) and adhere to the tenets of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. The Swedish Ethical Review Authority reviewed and granted ethical approval for the study under book number 2021-04027.
: Adolescents received verbal and written information about the intervention and data collection from visiting research team members, principals, and their teachers. They completed participatory and publication consent forms at all four measurement points. Parental consent was not required according to the guidelines of the Swedish Ethical Review Authority and applicable laws, as all participants were 15 years or older (SFS 2003:460, 18§).
