: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments. The study protocol was approved by the Medical Ethics Review Committee of the Academic Medical Center Amsterdam (W20_396#20.444) as part of the ABCD cohort.
: Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. Prior to participation, adolescents received detailed information about the study procedures and provided written informed consent themselves in accordance with ethical guidelines. As the adolescents were older than 16 years, parental consent was not required at this stage.
