: In the submitted manuscript, we are reporting, for the first time, the synthesis and characterization of para-aminobenzoate ester and its complexes with Zinc metal. We have also examined the novel application of para-aminobenzoate ester zinc complexes as multifunctional additives to enhance PVC's physico-chemical properties and compared with commercially used dibasic lead phthalate (DBLP) thermal stabilizers. Through detailed experimentation, we investigated their impact on important attributes such as mechanical strength and thermal stability. The outcomes have shown significant improvements, addressing specific issues in current PVC formulations. Present research offers a promising approach for industries based on PVC materials, showing the potential for enhanced performance and sustainability. This research provides important insights to the field of polymer science and opens the way for innovative approaches in material science and applications.
