: Students were informed before the study about the purpose and stages of the study and the voluntariness of their participation. According to the practices in each municipality, a research permit was sought from either the municipal school administration or the principal of the school. To protect the identity of the research participants, the data were treated with confidentiality throughout the whole analysis process. In Finland, an ethics review is not required for this type of non-risk research involving healthy, fully informed volunteer minors whose guardian’s written consent has been received (TENK, ).
