: (include appropriate consent statements): A waiver of documentation of informed consent (and permission) and of HIPAA authorization was requested for this study given COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. Nevertheless, an informed consent process was conducted with mothers, including providing the consent form to mothers via email or text, review of the consent form by research staff with each mother, and ability for mothers to have any questions answered before providing affirmative consent.
