: This type of study needed no approval from the Committee on Health Research Ethics in Denmark, as no biological material was included. The project was registered in the record of processing activities at the University of Aarhus in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. All material was encrypted and stored on secure servers domiciled in Denmark. The study adhered to the ethical guidelines set by the American Anthropological Association. All names of participants are pseudonyms and the use of photos are approved by written consent.
