: P. aeruginosa was obtained from the Frontier Lifeline Hospital at R-30C, Ambattur Industrial Estate Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The organism isolated from the sputum sample of an in-patient at Frontier Lifeline Hospital was identified and characterized in the hospital’s laboratory. In accordance with the hospital regulations, patient details are maintained confidential. In this study we haven’t used any human subjects, rather we have only downloaded the protein sequence from the NCBI database.
