Ethical considerations were considered at all stages of the research. Ethical considerations related to laboratory animals included choosing right animal species for this study, using a minimum number of animals for the study as much as possible, providing appropriate living conditions for the animals, training researchers to understand the animal’s life and physiological conditions (nutrition, health, disease, discomfort and pain, and other physiological and pathological changes in the animal), not using sick animals in the experiment, and finally adhering to ethical protocols in blood sampling and providing conditions for euthanasia of the animals at the end of the study.
