: Human DPSCs had been established from third molars of young healthy donors, aged 18–24, with the enzymatic dissociation method described previously []. The samples had been collected in accordance with all relevant guidelines and regulations and had been approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Nr. 66/18–06-2018). The collection of biological samples from different sources for this study approved by the Ethics Committee of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, School of Medicine (390–9/1.7.2017). All the donors signed an informed consent form.
