: The animal study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the College of Basic Medical Sciences, Jilin University. The animals used in our study were in accordance with the Regulations on Laboratory Animal Management of Jilin Province. 1) The nude mice used in the experiment came from Huafukang Biotechnology Co., LTD, Beijing and the quality of the nude mice met the standard for production of laboratory animals. 2) The nude mice were kept in an SPF animal house in the Laboratory Animal Center of Basic Medical College of Jilin University. The feed, bedding, cage and drinking water of animals conform to the welfare requirements of laboratory animals. 3) The carbon dioxide anesthesia was used to euthanize nude mice, which met the requirements of euthanasia method of laboratory animals.
