: The ethical approval was not needed in this study, because the hair samples were taken when disturbed according to the classic procedure for zoos. The procedure was carried out to brand animals and assign an international breeding number. At the same time, during the veterinarian procedure, the samples were taken for genetic analysis in order to confirm the origin and exclude the presence of genetic diseases.
