: Ethical guidelines from the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Seoul National University were strictly adhered to during the study. The study involved no animal handling, damage, or disturbance. All samples, which were non-invasive, were ethically and legally collected. The DNA extraction was performed in Russia, and the extracts were exported to South Korea under a CITES permit (ES2019-03689) for further experiments.
