: All experimental procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Ethical Committee (MZUIAEC, Protocol number MZU/IAEC/2023–24/20), Mizoram University, Mizoram, India. All studies involving animals adhered to the ARRIVE standards and the NIH Publications No. 8023, 1978 (modified guidance for the care and use of laboratory animals). The mice were housed in ventilated polypropylene cages with free access to food and water, maintained under standard conditions of a 12-h light–dark cycle and a temperature of 25 ± 2 °C.
