: Animal use for this study was approved by the Institutional Animal Ethics Panel (Reg. No.-2044/GO/Re/SL/18/CPCSEA), Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, below permission variety CVAS/IAEC/CPCSEA-2044/GO/Re/SL/18/2021-22/11/40. Animal restraining and rectal swab, blood sampling and extract administration were performed by well-trained veterinaries and workers to avoid injuries to animals and humans. Sampling permission was obtained from the animal house owners.
