: The A. baumannii isolates used in this study are part of the collection of the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology, with approval from the Research Ethics Committee of UFU under protocol number 2.844.144.
: The bacterial isolates used in this study were obtained from an existing collection of the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology, originally collected for diagnostic purposes and later stored for research use. All samples were anonymized, and no identifying information about the patients was available to the researchers. Therefore, no informed consent was required or obtained, as approved by the ethics committee. It is known that the samples were from adult patients, but no additional data were provided.
