The following conclusions are drawn: (1) When the sensor node sends data packets at the maximum transmission power level of 30, the signal strength received by the Sink node is greater than the threshold; When the sensor node sends data at a fixed power level of 10, the signal strength received by the Sink node is less than the threshold value; Under the control of this method, the adaptive adjustment of node transmission power can ensure that the signal strength does not have abnormal problems, save energy consumption, and ensure the data transmission effect;(2) Before training, there was no obvious curve fluctuation of angular velocity in the average instantaneous frequency characteristics of athletes' lower limb EMG signals; After training, the angular velocity of the athletes' lower limb EMG signals showed obvious curve fluctuations, indicating that the athletes' lower limb muscles had significant contractility;(3) This method can reflect the explosive force training information of sprinters' 7 lower limb parts in the way of the average instantaneous frequency index of myoelectric signals—angular velocity, at this time, the muscles are activated and the explosive force is highlighted.(4) The explosive force training information collected by this method shows that the explosive force training information collected from 7 parts of the athlete's lower limbs is orderly and the collection effect is better.Although the above research has made some progress, the next step still needs to be further studied. The specific contents are as follows:(1) In the explosive training of sprinters' lower limbs, we can increase the proportion of single leg jump training, explore more suitable training methods for sprinters, and make the explosive training of athletes more targeted and comprehensive.(2) While strengthening the explosive power of sprinters' lower limbs, we should also reasonably study the training methods to improve the explosive power of upper limbs and whole body and speed endurance.(3) The development of sprinter's lower limb explosive force training should also follow the requirements of specialization, and adopt the actions similar to the specific actions in time and space for practice. At the same time, attention should be paid to the age characteristics of the experimental object, the difference and gradual progress of training measurement in the future work research.
