: This study was conducted as a registered service evaluation and recorded as No. 9049 and No. 10480 in the Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Trust Clinical Effectiveness Register. All data were collected as part of routine clinical practice and anonymised prior to analysis. Only group-level results are reported, in accordance with UK Health Research Authority guidance and the UK General Data Protection Regulation on the secondary use of anonymised health data. As such, NHS Research Ethics Committee approval was not required, in accordance with Health Research Authority guidance.
