: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Local Ethics Committee of Bursa Uludag University Faculty of Medicine (Ethics Approval Numbers: 2020-12/16 and 2023-26/19). Since this study was a retrospective analysis of archival formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples and utilized anonymized clinical data, the requirement for individual informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee. All samples were processed anonymously to ensure patient confidentiality.
