: FFPE tumor sections were obtained from the Department of Pathology at Johns Hopkins University under the institutional review board approval NA_00015113 (“Histopathological, Immunohistochemical and Molecular Analysis of Brain Tumors”; Principal Investigator: Charles Eberhart). The study was conducted under a broad IRB protocol with research consent from patients, and the use of these specimens was exempt from additional consent requirements. The current analysis using de-identified materials was conducted in accordance with institutional and national ethical standards.
