: This observational study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University. As this was a low-risk observational study, it underwent an expedited review process according to the committee’s guidelines. Therefore, a specific approval number was not issued; instead, the approval is validated by the official notification dated 24/02/2025.
