: To adhere to the rules and regulations of the institution, the study formally informed the participants and requested them to fill and sign a popia-approved standardized written consent form with an information sheet about the study before answering and responding to the questionnaires. Consent forms and the information Sheet from the General Human Ethics Committee of the University of the Free State (UFS) were given to the participants to read before participating in the study. Furthermore, the researcher assured the participants that the information provided would be kept confidential as per agreement with the participants, and to maintain anonymity all the time, the respondents’ names would remain anonymous throughout the study, even on the study outputs. For the participants who could not read and write, the researcher and research assistants assisted in filling out the questionnaire. The completed questionnaires are kept safe and secure to avoid any information leakage. The study obtained ethical clearance from the GHEC of the UFS clearance number (UFS-HSD2024/0582).
