: This reflection is based on a previously approved qualitative study involving bereaved participants, which underwent institutional ethics review and adhered to internationally recognized ethical standards for human research. The current analysis draws solely from anonymized data collected during that original study and did not involve new participant recruitment or data collection.All participants provided informed consent at the time of the original study, including permission for future academic publication of their narratives in de-identified form. No additional ethical clearance was required for this reflective analysis.
