: The Institutional Review Boards of the University of Utah and the National Health Ethics Committee of Burkina Faso approved the human subject protocols of this research in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. We provided an oral summary of the consent form in Mooré at the onset of the focus group. No identifying information has been retained.
