: The data used in this study was collected with the approval of the Works Council of the City of Dresden Administration. Design and realization of the surveys were conducted in close cooperation with actors employed and authorized by the City of Dresden Administration. Participation in the surveys was voluntary in all parts. The confidentiality and anonymity of the participants were maintained throughout the duration of the study, and no identifying information was collected or included in the data analysis.
