: The Danish Data Protection Agency (ref: 17/12006) approved the “Focus” study before data were collected. The National Committee on Health Research Ethics (Ref: 20182000-83) concluded that obtaining formal ethics approval was not required. We obtained written informed consent from all participants, and they were informed that their information would be treated confidentially and used for research purposes only and that they could withdraw from the study any time by contacting the researchers.
