: We conducted this study in compliance with recognized international standards, including the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, with the only exception being that participants were not consented to participate as this was a retrospective chart review study conducted with previously gathered clinical data. The waiver of informed consent underwent review and this research received IRB approval from the Lurie Children’s Hospital Institutional Review Board under Exempt Determination (IRB 2021–4428).
