: The randomized controlled trial where data were drawn from for this study was registered with clinicaltrials.gov (NCT03945552). All study procedures and measures were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board at NYU Grossman School of Medicine acting as the single IRB (s18-01347) for this study.
