: The study was exempt from ethics approval, performed in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration, as this type of survey did not require ethical committee approval, as the survey involves minimal risk to participants, does not collect sensitive information, and is anonymous. However, it was reviewed and deemed appropriate by the postgraduate school, Binary University, for a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) thesis that this paper developed from. The general purpose and nature of the study were explained in the questionnaire before participants answered the survey questions, indicating their voluntary participation. Additionally, the study ensured that the respondents’ information was kept strictly confidential.
