: Our study is based solely on simulation data. For the secondary analysis involving real data, we used a dataset originally reported by Aksekili et al. (2023; ), which included responses to the full SRS-22 scale items from 192 individuals. Ethical approval for the original data collection was obtained by the authors from the local ethics committee (Approval No. 26379996/83), as reported in their publication. For our secondary analysis, we obtained written permission from the author of the original study and signed a formal data sharing agreement specifying that the data would be used solely for research purposes. The dataset was fully anonymized prior to sharing and contained no identifiable personal information. According to the ethical principles valid in our country, secondary analyses based on anonymized datasets do not require additional Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) approval as documented with the letter obtained from The Clinical Research Ethics Committee dated 21 May 2025.
