Animal Testing and Ethics
: All experiments with animals were performed in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Russian Federation and European Convention for the protection of vertebrate animals used for experimental and other scientific purposes (2010) and with the requirements and recommendations “Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals”. Experiments using rat cerebellar Purkinje neurons were approved by the Commission on Bioethics at the Institute of Physiologically Active Compounds of the Federal Research Center for Problems of Chemical Physics and Medicinal Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Protocol No. 41 of November 26, 2019).
