Animal Testing and Ethics
: The studies correspond to ethic principles formulated in the Helsinki Declaration (1964) for investigations involving people. The biological material was selected after the written informed agreement of participants of the study was received. Extraction of the biomaterial and preparation of the cell culture followed by their use for in vitro studies were approved by the local ethic committee of the Near-Volga Research Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Nizhny Novgorod, Russia) (asserted by the local ethic committee on June 30, 2023, Protocol No. 09). The cell cultures used in the study were obtained at the Laboratory of Biotechnology of the Near-Volga Research Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and were used only for laboratory studies.
