: The first author developed the research idea, manuscript, and questionnaire, and analyzed the data. He also made the revisions to the manuscript and responded to the editor’s and reviewer’s comments and suggestions. The second author provided editing suggestions for revisions and comments for enhancement of the manuscript. The third author translated the questionnaire into Thai and facilitated the back-translation of the questionnaire, obtained approval for data collection from Mahasarakham University, Thailand, and managed the data collection. The data set collected for this study is available upon request to the first author. The questionnaire and data collection method were in alignment with the procedures at Mahasarakham University at the time for data collection.
