: The present research was approved by graduate research committee of the respective department. Permission to use the scales was obtained from respective authors. Permission for data collection was also sought from the respective authorities at hospitals. An informed consent was signed by each participant. The nature of the study was explained to each participant and they were also informed about their right to withdraw from research at any time. Participants were also assured that their information will be kept confidential and will be used only for academic purposes. Attempts were made to keep the participants relaxed and comfortable; hence they were refereed to clinical psychologist when they appeared emotionally disturbed during administration.
