: Focus groups and interview participants were first introduced to the purpose of the study and provided an informed consent form. The research team discussed all elements of informed consent, including the voluntary nature of participating, confidentially, and the ability to skip questions or stop participating at any time. The participants were also informed that the research team would use audio recording devices. Participants completed a short demographic survey after indicating their consent on the informed consent forms. The survey asked participants to provide demographic and background information such as age, race, gender, and rank. Once all questions had been answered and the informed consent and demographics forms had been collected, the research team began the focus groups and interviews.The Human Research Protection Program Institutional Review Board approved all Research procedures.
