: Participants who wished to participate in the online survey was presented with an information sheet on the first page of the survey, where they were briefed on the risks and benefits of the study, its purpose, and were informed that their participation is voluntary. They indicated their written consent to participate by continuing survey. Those who did not consent directly exited.
