The data source is the Standardized World Income Inequality Database as is used by the likes of Kavya and Shijin (), Michael and Stelios (), Topcu and Tugcu (), Lee and Wu (2020) and Vita and Luo (), constructed by Solt (). Further data is obtained from World Bank and OECD sources. Data is available for this study upon reasonable request to the author.
