Instead, our research concentrated on anonymised primary data, with individuals involved in the project covered by confidentiality agreements and informed consent where relevant. In adherence to ethical considerations, both researchers underwent comprehensive training in ethical research practices. Specific details of individuals from each company were anonymised. It is crucial to highlight that this paper, while indirectly involving individuals under a confidentiality agreement, does not directly use primary data. Instead, it develops a framework based on reflections from action researchers engaged in action research.
