: In this work the field studies and sample collections were performed in full compliance with specific federal permits issued by the Brazil Ministry of Environment (MMA) and Instituto Brasileiro do Meio Ambiente e Recursos Naturais Renováveis – IBAMA, required for Project-PMP-BS as part of the environmental licensing of PETROBRAS’ activities in the area, and samples were collected under permit Authorization System (ABIO Nº 1169/2019) from IBAMA.
