: All studies have been conducted as per the guidelines of the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee, Department of Animal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, University of Sadat City, Egypt. However, the sheep species used in this study is reared by farmers in Menoufiya governorate. Therefore, use of this animal in research does not require ethical clearance.
