: Meat samples were obtained from officially approved slaughterhouses and local retail markets in the province of Entre Ríos, Argentina. All carcasses were processed in facilities authorized for commercial distribution, following national regulations for animal welfare and slaughter (SENASA). Carcasses were identified and traceably marked by plant personnel according to standard operational procedures. No animals were specifically slaughtered for the purposes of this study.
