: We clearly communicated the primary objective of our study to the study population and ensured strict confidentiality of all personal information. The survey design respected religious sensitivities. Participants were fully informed that the survey was non-invasive, voluntary, and posed no harm. They were encouraged to ask questions and received detailed explanations about the study. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. Ethical approval was granted by AWEEC/BAU/2022(75) on November 14, 2022.
