The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Ethics Committee of the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS. Due to the retrospective nature of the study and the use of de-identified data extracted from routine clinical care records, the IRB/Ethics Committee granted a waiver of the requirement for individual patient informed consent. Patient confidentiality was maintained throughout the data collection and analysis process.
