: The animal described in the study was a client-owned animal admitted for hospitalization at the owner’s request. The client granted the informed consent for the therapy, intravital and post-mortem examinations by signing our official client acceptance form. The animal was treated in accordance with the procedures of the University Veterinary Hospital of the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice.
