: All bird-related procedures were carried out with relevant guidelines and regulations by the Agricultural Research Center-Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (ARC-IACUC), and the approval code is (ARC-AHRI-48-23), according to the regulatory Egyptian laws concerning animal involvement in scientific research. The study did not involve any animal experiments. A sample collection of healthy birds was carried out, consisting of a single swab per bird.
