: This study was conducted using post mortem gastric samples collected from pigs at a commercial slaughterhouse. No live animals were used or subjected to experimental procedures specifically for the purposes of this research. All animals had been slaughtered as part of routine food production, and sample collection did not influence or alter the standard slaughtering process. Therefore, in accordance with national and institutional regulations on animal experimentation, ethical approval was not required.
