: All procedures of the experiment have been authorized by the protocol regarding animal use, which was approved by the Mansoura University Animal Care and Use Committee (MU-ACUC) and implemented under the experimental animal welfare regulations for the care and use of fish, which was granted the registration number (VM. R.25.12.256). All fish handling procedures and regulations followed the ARRIVE guidelines for Animal Care and Use. Furthermore, all relevant organizational and government rules and regulations governing the ethical use of the experimental animals were followed. Written informed consent was obtained from the owners of all animals involved in the study.
