: Animal care and experimental practices throughout this study strictly followed the U.K. Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act, 1986, EU Directive 2010/63/EU, the National Research Council’s Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, and the ARRIVE guidelines. The research protocol, encompassing all animal handling, welfare, and sampling procedures, received approval from the Zagazig University IACUC (ZU-IACUC/2/F/223/2025). The animals used in this study were sourced from the San El Hagar Agricultural Company Management Research Station, and formal informed consent was obtained from the management prior to the start of the experiment.
