: Ethical review and approval were waived for this study because, being a case report derived from clinical practice, all medical procedures were performed after obtaining written consent from the owner. Earwax collection and analysis were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the local committee at the Universidade Federal de Goiás (Protocol Numbers 090/20 and 027/16). All applicable international, national, and institutional guidelines for the care and use of animals were followed.
